Regional Director of Human Resources, Greater China & Mongolia
Rina Ren Regional Director of Human Resources Greater China & Mongolia, works closely with the corporate, regional and hotel leadership teams and will head the HR Function to ensure the execution of the Kempinski people strategy in Greater China & Mongolia.
Rina having started her hospitality HR journey in 2006 as a Recruitment Assistant at Mission Hills Golf Club Shenzhen, Rina propelled her career during her tenure with Swire Hotels where she joined as People Development Officer and moved progressively into higher responsibility roles, peaking as Area People Development Manager. In 2014, she joined Four Seasons Hotel Beijing as Assistant Director of People and Culture being later promoted to Director of Human Resources and subsequently to Regional Director of People and Culture APAC, where she was responsible for the Human Resources and Learning function in 11 properties across China and Japan.
With rich experience in the international hospitality industry especially the managerial position within the field of Human Resources, Rina brings a strong work ethic and a well-grounded, mature personality.
