Andy Xu, appointed by Beijing Tourism Group as the Party Secretary of Key Co., Ltd. Party Branch and also the Deputy General Manager of both Key Co., Ltd. and Beijing NUO Hotel Management Co., Ltd.

Andy joined BTG in 2004 started his career from Beijing Nikko Hotel, followed by Landmark Towers, NUO Beijing and Beijing Yan Xiang Hotel Management Co., Ltd. Working at hotel’s various department has more than 20 years well accumulated operational experience.

As the first generation of NUO Brand, Andy has received various prestigious hornors and awards in the industry, which includes Hospitality Leadership Training Program at Ecle Hoteliere Lausanne. As a graduate of the Senior General Manager seminar at Beijing Hospitality Institute, Andy was invited to be the Vice President and Secretary General of the Western Returned Scholars Association Hotel Professional Committee and Director of Beijing Tourism Industry Association Hotel Branch.
